Please include the phone number associated with your account in your request so we can verify your identity.
Once your request is verified (usually within a few business days), we will delete or irreversibly anonymize your account data — including your name, phone number, National ID (NID) number, photos, location history, and chat messages — within 30 days.
Some data may be retained for a limited period after deletion where required by law, such as transaction records needed for tax/financial audit purposes, or records related to an open dispute or complaint you were party to. This retained data is kept only as long as legally necessary and is not used for any other purpose. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
